Marina joined the Virtu Partners in 2009. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in firm administration with an emphasis on office management, human resources, employee relations, personal development and team building. She assures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, providing administrative leadership, including financial management, non-legal staff management, space and facilities management, and communication with firm management.

Before joining Virtu Partners, Marina spent three years working in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of Republic of Serbia as a secretary for nongovernmental organizations participating in a wide range of projects. As an intern of Nongovernmental Organization Freedom House, in 2001. she worked in the office of the Congressmen J.S.Watts in House of Representatives. She has a degree from the Faculty of Business - Singidunum University.
