Boris is responsible for managing a range of M&A, corporate finance and valuation projects at Virtu Partners. Prior to joining the team in 2010, Boris spent four years with Deloitte Financial Advisory.

Boris worked on a wide variety of projects in Southeast Europe including some of the largest deals concluded in this region over last decade (Delhaize/Delta Maxi, NIS/Gazprom Neft, ComTrade/UniCredit).

List of his clients includes local governments and state agencies, large international companies (Lafarge, VIG, UniCredit) and local and regional industry leaders (Delta Maxi, Imlek, Victoria Group).

As a graduate of Belgrade University Boris holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from University of Nantes and is a candidate for the ASA (American Society of Appraisers) Certificate.
