Milan founded Bastion Group in 2004 which was acquired by KBC Group in 2007 and became KBC Securities Corporate Finance (KBCS). He successfully led a management buyout of KBCS in 2011 which resulted in the establishment of Virtu Partners. Milan specializes in the full range of investment banking and strategic consulting services and has considerable international experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategy development, and business process engineering in various industries ranging from financial markets, telecommunications, IT, construction, FMCG, etc.

Prior to founding Bastion Group Milan worked at Merrill Lynch and Mercer Management Consulting.

Milan holds BSBA degree from Boston University and a Master's degree in Finance from SDA Bocconi.
