Mihailo joined Virtu Partners in 2012.as a Vice President and focuses on origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance advisory projects.

Prior to joining Virtu, he spent 9 years at Raiffeisen Investment AG where he worked on numerous M&A and privatization transactions across a wide range of industries(consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, oil and gas) in SEE region. Key deals he was involved in include the sale of Telekom Montenegro to Deutsche Telekom, the sale of Telekom Srpske to Telekom Srbija and the sale of NIS-Petroleum Industry Serbia to Gazprom-Neft.

Mihailo holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from the Oxford Brookes University, and is a candidate for a MA in Business Economics and Management from HEC Paris and Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
